Web Development & Design Policy

We provide demo websites to our clients so that they can check our quality of work and hence become comfortable before working with us. Before making a payment for our services, feel free to contact us if you have any queries.

Eligibility for Refund

At Nexus Developer, every project is important to us, and we handle each project very carefully with professionalism. We always try to deliver the desired project to our clients at a given time. However, if a client is not satisfied or changed their plan regarding the project and wants a refund, they should check their eligibility based on the criteria below:

Advance Payment Policy

When you are comfortable with taking our service, you must make a 30% payment in advance for hiring us for any kind of service. If a client wants to cancel the project within 2 days of the advance payment, this 30% payment is fully refundable. Please note that after 2 days, this advance money will not be refundable.

Delivery Time & Payment

• Full Refund: In cases where the project has not been started or has not been delivered according to the deal.
• Partial Refund: In cases where the project work has already started and the client wants to cancel the project, the total advance money (which is 50%) will not be refundable.
• No Refund: When full payment is received after the successful delivery of the project, and then if a client wants to cancel, the whole money will be non-refundable.

Change in Policy

Nexus Developer can change this policy from time to time without any prior notice. We request you to review this policy periodically. If any changes occur, our existing, as well as new clients, will be bound by our new policy.

1. Scope of Services

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, the client agrees to provide all necessary content (text, images, branding guidelines) and technical credentials (domain access, hosting details) promptly. Delays in client feedback or content delivery will result in an adjusted project timeline.

3. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance payment (typically 30% to 50%) is required to commence work.
• The final balance is due upon project completion, before the website is launched on the client's live server or source files are handed over.
• We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables if payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment, the client assumes full ownership of the final website design and custom code built specifically for their project. We retain the right to use the completed project in our portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to starting.

5. Revisions & Scope Creep

Your chosen plan includes a specific number of revision rounds. Requests for additional features, pages, or major design changes outside the original agreed-upon scope (Scope Creep) will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate or as a new milestone.

6. Hosting & Third-Party Services

If your plan includes cloud hosting, it is subject to the terms of the underlying provider (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean). We are not liable for server downtimes caused by third-party outages, malicious attacks, or client negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruptions arising from the a a a use of our services or delivered products.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point, and the advance payment will be forfeited as per our Refund Policy.
